Contact us as soon as you are ready. With 48 hrs notice we will be able to create your customized and extraordinary Picnique experience.
Once you have decided on a picnic, simply fill out our booking request and we will let you know whether we have availability for the requested time. If we do, we will send you our invoice. Simply pay the $100.00 booking deposit and your event is secured. Bookings are not confirmed until date/time/location have been approved and booking deposit has been paid. The balance of payment along with the security damages deposit is due 48 hours before your picnic.
NOTE: The person booking the picnic must be 21+ as they must sign a Party Rental Agreement and Liability Waiver.
Emergencies happen . You can cancel your picnic up to 24 hours in advance. We will issue a refund or you may have your picnic date rescheduled up to 3 months.
Should you need assistance during your picnic, you can call or text your coordinator ( whose number will be provided to you) and they will be onsite within minutes. Please contact your coordinator if you wish to leave before your 2 hours are up.
Any day at the beach is a good day but we don't want rain on your picnic
day! As with all outdoor activities, we cannot predict the weather. We do our best to monitor the weather and will contact you the day before as well as the day of to work with you to reschedule to another day up to 3 months. If you request to cancel before 24 hours of your event due to weather issues, you can reschedule within 3 months or request a refund on monies paid to us for your picnic. If you request to cancel on the day of the picnic, we may issue a reduced refund to cover the cost of food.
Unfortunately, due to restrictions and licensing, we cannot sell or provide alcohol. It is the client’s responsibility to check the alcohol laws of any public space used for your picnic. It is always important to follow the rules of the location and to be responsible and respectful. You are welcome to bring at your own risk.
Is smoking allowed?
We kindly request that you do not smoke in/near/or around the picnic set-up.
If any of our picnic equipment/decor smells of smoke, your Damage Fee will NOT be refunded.
Our picnique can be set up anywhere around the Stuart/Jensen/Port St Lucie area at a private location (your house/backyard) or several locations along the beachfront. Beach locations are public therefore we cannot guarantee the privacy or exact placement. We will text you a picture of the setup and the exact location so you can easily find it.
We offer a professionally prepared charcuterie board as an add on. We do provide refreshing chilled lemon water. You are welcome to bring your own food and drink as well.
Our experiences are designed for two adults.
All equipment supplied on hire is the property of the company. Any damage, loss or extensive cleaning will result in a fee to the customer.
What is something breaks or there's a spill?
We do require a $100 refundable damage fee and a signed Rental Agreement and Liability
Waiver at the time you pay for your booking balance.
We kindly request that shoes be removed when on the rugs/blankets. If there is a spill, don't fret. Simple liquid spills like water or light colored drinks may not incur a fee. However, you may be billed for dry cleaning costs if required. All breakages must be paid for at items retail cost.
Unless otherwise agreed by the customer and the company all sitting times are for a 2 hour period. Extension to the sitting time will not occur in the event the customer does not arrive on time. The commencement and conclusion time of a booking will remain as per the original agreed booking. To avoid impact on successive bookings, in the event a customer is greater than 60 minutes late to a booking forfeiture of the booking will occur.
The company serves the right to cancel the booking on reasonable grounds within any period leading up to the event. In the event this occurs, the customer will be refunded in full with the exception of where the customer has failed to fulfill their obligations within these terms and conditions.
